You will take part in a Cooking Class preparing typical Sicilian dishes such as bread, pasta maccheroni, or ravioli with fresh local cheese and desserts like cassata and cannoli.

Spend half day in the Sicilian countryside at Susafa farmhouse,  in the heart Sicily, immersed in the yellow foothills of the Madonie National Park. Susafa Farmhouse is the fruit of the dedication of the Saeli-Rizzuto family, owners and agricultural entrepreneurs who for five generations have committed themselves to handing down a fascinating, rural tradition. The Farmhouse has recently been awarded as sustainable farmhouse opening to tourism and food experience by National Geographic and Condè Nast.

Here we will experience the natural landscape and the fresh, organic, local food.  

Madonie countryside products from the villages, fruits and vegetables, local cheese and homemade bread, olives, will be there just to delight you.. 

We will enjoy the Sicilian Cooking Class in the newly restored kitchen,  preparing bread, pasta maccheroni and ravioli with fresh local cheese and desserts like cassata and cannoli with  local fresh ricotta and tuma.

Susafa farmhouse and resort is close to the Madonie main villages of Castellana and Polizzi Generosa.
